Final steps after closing

You will receive an  email from us on the day of closing with instructions to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. 

Payments are processed using one of our online payment platforms. The instructions to set up an account will be included in the welcome email. Once your account is set up, you can pay using ACH Transfers, credit cards or in-person at a location near you. 

You will need to transfer utilities to your name within 24 hours. 

You will need to obtain a home owners insurance policy within 72 hours of closing. Please send us a copy of the policy
