Final steps after closing
Once your closing is complete, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth move-in and account setup.
Welcome & Onboarding Email
On the day of closing, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to help you transition into your new home.
Set Up Your Payment Account
Payments are made through our secure online payment platform. Account setup instructions will be included in your welcome email, and payments can be made via ACH transfer or credit card once your account is active.
You can also make cash payments using PayNearMe at retail locations such as 7-Eleven, Kroger, CVS, Dollar General, Walmart and Walgreens.
Transfer Utilities
All utilities must be transferred into your name within 24 hours of closing to avoid any service interruptions.
Obtain Homeowners Insurance
Secure a homeowners insurance policy within 72 hours of closing and email us a copy of the policy for our records.
